What if my item arrives damaged
While it's rare, occasionally your precious item may get damaged during shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work quickly to ship out a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage in your initial email to expedite the replacement process.

You may cancel your order anytime prior to it being shipped.
Do you have more information on safety and care?
No toy is indestructible. We always recommend monitoring your pet's use and replacing after reasonable wear.
